"If you're local or just visiting, sign up for a class at Ocracoke Island Yoga—you won't regret it! This little yoga studio makes you feel welcomed and safe from the moment you step in. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable across various yoga styles and are very accommodating, especially if you're recovering from an injury. I recently tried their aerial and sound bath session, and it was an amazing experience! If you're new to aerial yoga, I highly recommend it. Savana guides you safely through each step, from getting into the silks to your first inversion. The feeling of weightlessness, combined with the uplifting and centering sound bath, was truly magical. Overall, I can't recommend Ocracoke Island Yoga enough!"

"Loved the Stand-Up Paddle Yoga class I took with Savanna. It was perfect for my vacation! It's low impact but still requires working my core while trying to balance, stretch & breathe. All with a beautiful view of Ocracoke & the Light House. It's great for anyone with or without yoga experience, don't be scared to fall in --it's refreshing :)"

“Yoga is not a work-out, it is a work-in. And this is the point of a spiritual practice; to make us teachable; to open up our hearts and focus our awareness so that we can know what we already know and be who we already are.” - Rolf Gates
